This notice describes the information Hoyack receives through this site and how it is used.

Information you provide
The waitlist asks for your name, work email, company, sources needed, optional volume, and consent. Please do not submit credentials, secrets, regulated data, or confidential source content.
How we use it
Hoyack uses submitted information to evaluate product fit, respond to your request, operate the waitlist, prevent abuse, and understand interest in ScrapeToken. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Service providers
The site is prepared for Netlify hosting and form processing. Hoyack may route qualified requests into its customer relationship tools. Those providers process data on Hoyack’s behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Analytics
On the production domain, this site may load a lightweight Plausible pageview script. It is configured without advertising trackers or cross-site profiling.
Retention and requests
We retain waitlist information while it is relevant to the request and our legitimate business records. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@hoyack.com.
